In his role, Dean Arredondo will oversee student success initiatives and lead the college’s “Road to 25K” enrollment efforts. His work will focus on developing sustainable enrollment strategies, identifying gaps in operational structures, and aligning enrollment efforts with the college’s strategic objectives.

"My focus is on, year over year, sustained enrollment growth and retention of currently enrolled students, along with a strong emphasis on customer service. While our work is task-driven, it is also human-powered. I strive to keep our Enrollment Management & Advising Staff focused, enthused, and balanced. We are in the business of self-actualization, helping our students and staff reach their full potential."
